After installing/re-installing Active Cache, you may encounter the following error
Server object error 'ASP 0178 : 80070005'
Server.CreateObject Access Error
The call to Server.CreateObject failed while checking permissions. Access is denied to this object.
This is to do with NTFS file permissions on either the vb6 runtime .dll file, or on the
ActiveCacheIIS.dll or
ActiveCacheFS.dll
